Practicing prenatal yoga is the perfect preparation for pregnancy, labor and delivery. In class you will learn and practice breathing techniques that will greatly assist you during labor and delivery. Emphasis is also placed on stretching, alleviating common discomforts of pregnancy, balancing your mental state for focus and awareness, and deep relaxation.
Classes are held Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:45 AM in the downstairs studio. The price is $13 for prenatal classes only, or classes are included in membership to the studio.
