Queen Maria’s Greens
1 bunch of kale 1 bunch of collards braggs aminos to taste 1 TBSP earth balance 1 TBSP mustard seeds 1 large lemon
Cut and rinse greens. Place a tablespoon of Earth Balance and a tablespoon of brown mustard seeds in a pan. Hear them crackle and pop. Add greens. Squirt plenty of braggs to taste over them and squeeze fresh lemon juice. Will cook down quite a bit, then ready to eat.
