Students should plan to attend class at least once a week and may take as many lessons throughout the week as they desire. Class sessions run every six weeks. Registration is required.
NEW SESSION OF CLASSES BEGIN THE WEEK OF March 5th
TO REGISTER, MAIL OR BRING your application to the Center. Please enclose full tuition or a $25.00 deposit with your application to reserve your class space. If a deposit is enclosed, the balance is due the first week of class.
We highly recommend making the short commitment of a session for your physical safety (for you & us to get to know your body well) & for you to fully experience the benefits of regular practice. We do, however, offer the following options for visiting practitioners & those seeking alternatives to the unlimited attendance.
