Lisa Sarick found home when she began taking yoga classes. A dancer since age 5, she directed that energy toward teaching fitness after college receiving training and certifications in aerobics, kickboxing, indoor cycling and group strength training. It was yoga that changed her mindset about exercise and movement, bringing a sense of peace and self-love to the idea of fitness. Following her bliss, she studied Kripalu yoga under Lorie Pearce-Bebber for three years then decided to become certified to teach. She is now a member of Yoga Alliance and the Kripalu Yoga Teacher’s Association
Lisa is also a Registered Art Therapist (ATR), with a Master’s degree in Art Therapy. With art, as with yoga, Lisa guides others to a communion with the self. She believes it is from that place that we can heal, grow, and become healthier and happier
Lisa would like to express gratitude to those teachers and students she has learned so much from, to Ted Kiefer, to the Moongirls, and to Lorie for all of her encouragement. Jai Bghwan
