Dave Grover brings the benefits of more than 15 years of successful wellness and holistic practice. His professional training and applied experience have helped thousands of people find relief from pain and to experience greater mobility and joy of living.
Dave’s own journey to understand the human body, the healing process, and its emotional connection is a result of rigorous and extensive training. Dave received certification from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York, and was licensed in 1994. He continued his studies in structural bodywork and awareness at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kauai, Hawaii, and was certified in 1997. In 2002, Dave graduated from Keuka College with a Bachelor of Science degree in occupational therapy, and was licensed.
Dave has developed practice skills throughout the country. Currently Central New York and the Finger Lakes form the core of his practice area.
Dave Grover continues to enrich his knowledge through lessons learned from and with his clients. In addition, his skills and understanding of healing practices is continually updated by attendance at conferences, literature searches, ongoing education required for licenses, and interaction with other professionals.
Dave’s practice is grounded in professional collaboration, with his office at the CNY Yoga Center and frequent interaction with other health practitioners. He shares his message of hope frequently with the community through lectures, seminars, and consultations. A native of Syracuse, New York, Dave is an active volunteer in the community, supporting various nonviolence and social justice causes.
